You are about to embark on a grand adventure, the journey to discover your authentic self. The six principles of Simple Abundance ~ Gratitude, Simplicity, Order, Harmony, Beauty and Joy gently remind you what truly matters most. As each principle unfolds, you will experience your life in a new way and come to find that you are among a community of women, who share your challenges, dreams and hopes.
Each workshop segment focuses on one principles and brings the principle to life in your life. As you complete the assignments, you will re-discover the most important woman in the world, yourself.
The twelve hour workshop is based upon the principles and writings of New York Times #1 Best-Selling author of Simple Abundance, A Daybook of Comfort and Joy, Sarah Ban Breathnach.

This three hour workshop designed by author Sarah Ban Breathnach takes you into the fun self discovery through collages. We gather drawings, pictures, words that catch our eye and as we assemble them, we see reflections and insights into the glorious person shining within us.

In this three hour workshop designed by author Sarah Ban Breathnach you will discover how myth has been shaping every facet of your life even before you were born.
Through exercises, creative excursions, reflections, and altered image collages you will excavate your personal myth . . . helping you to realize the changes that you hunger for and the choices you might be delaying . . . unless you knew you couldn't fail!
